Advent Calendar Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are of the age of majority in their province or territory. Correct answer to a skill-testing question required.
1. Sponsor
The Win the We-Vibe Advent Calendar giveaway (the "Contest") is run by Intimate Wellbeing Inc., 26-100 Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, British Columbia (the "Sponsor"). The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by We-Vibe, Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
2. Contest period
The Contest starts at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 23, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Who can enter
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence when they enter. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and the people they live with, cannot enter.
4. How to enter
Sign-up entry (one per person). During the Contest Period, complete the entry form at intimatewellbeing.com with your first name, email address, province or territory, and confirmation that you are of the age of majority. You will receive one (1) entry. Limit one sign-up entry per person and per email address.
Pink Ticket bonus entries, with purchase. Each order placed at intimatewellbeing.com during the Contest Period earns one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of three (3) bonus entries per person. Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not count.
Pink Ticket bonus entries, no purchase. During the Contest Period, email hello@intimatewellbeing.com with the subject line "Pink Ticket". Include your full name, email address, province or territory, and an original answer of at least 25 words to the question "How will you gift yourself first this season?" Each email earns one (1) bonus entry, limited to one per day and a maximum of three (3) bonus entries per person. No-purchase bonus entries have the same value and chance of winning as purchase bonus entries.
Entries made by automated means, scripts, or multiple identities are void. Incomplete or late entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is available: one We-Vibe advent calendar, approximate retail value $189.95 CAD. Shipping to the winner's address in Canada (excluding Quebec) is included. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draw and odds
On November 24, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. PT, in Vernon, British Columbia, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) eligible entry from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner confirmation
The selected entrant will be contacted by email within one (1) business day of the draw and must reply within 48 hours. To be declared the winner, they must correctly answer, without help, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email, and confirm that they accept these rules and release the Sponsor from liability connected with the prize. If the selected entrant does not reply in time, answers incorrectly, or is not eligible, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor may draw another eligible entry.
The Sponsor will ship the prize promptly after confirmation, aiming for arrival before December 1, 2026, but is not responsible for carrier delays.
8. Email sign-up and privacy
Entering through the sign-up form adds you to the Intimate Wellbeing email list, including the Pink Week early access list. You can unsubscribe at any time and keep your entry. No-purchase email entries are not added to the email list unless the entrant asks to join. Personal information is collected to run the Contest and, where you have agreed, to send you marketing emails, as described in our privacy policy. With the winner's permission, the Sponsor may share the winner's first name and province or territory.
9. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters about the Contest. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical failures. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may change, suspend or cancel the Contest if it cannot run as planned. These rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
