For health and safety reasons, most intimate products are final sale.
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days and we will make it right. We stand behind the quality of the products we carry and will always work toward a fair solution.
Some unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days, depending on the product. See full details below.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once orders have been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify them.
Please double check your cart and shipping details at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of these products, most items cannot be returned.
For health and safety reasons, once intimate products leave our warehouse, they cannot be accepted back, even if unopened.
For items that are eligible for return:
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unopened and in original condition
• Return eligibility may vary by product
