Can Intimate Wellbeing give medical advice?

We are not a medical clinic, and we don’t diagnose or treat health conditions.

What we do offer is carefully curated, evidence-informed products and education for midlife women. Many of our products are vetted alongside sexual health experts, and where applicable, include clear usage guidance and regulatory information.

Everything on our site is for general information only. If you have a specific medical condition, ongoing pain, or concerns about your health, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider.

How do you choose the products you carry?

We are extremely selective.

Every product must meet our standards for:

  • Ingredient transparency

  • Midlife suitability

  • Quality and reliability

If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it doesn’t go on our site.

We focus on solutions that support hydration, lubrication, stimulation, and education, because midlife intimacy often requires more than a single product.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Please read all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

If you are prone to reactions or have known sensitivities, we recommend reviewing full ingredient panels and consulting your healthcare provider when needed.

If you don’t see a complete ingredient list on a product page, email us and we’ll provide it.

Because individual reactions vary, we cannot guarantee how every body will respond to every ingredient.


What is your return policy?

Because our products are intimate in nature, most items are final sale.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days at hello@intimatewellbeing.com and we will make it right.

Some unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days. Please see our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

If you’re unsure about a product before purchasing, email us. We would much rather help you choose confidently than have you guess.


What if my product is damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 business days and include a photo if possible.

We will replace or resolve the issue promptly.


Is my order discreet?

Yes.

Your order arrives in plain packaging with no reference to intimate products on the outside. Your billing statement will appear as “iWell Ecommerce.”

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and to the United States.

For U.S. orders, applicable duties and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.

At this time, free shipping promotions do not apply to U.S. orders due to cross-border shipping costs.
