Menopause Day ME Box Contest: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The World Menopause Day ME Box Contest (the "Contest") is run by Intimate Wellbeing, 26-100 Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, BC V1T 9G1 (the "Sponsor").
2. Contest period
The Contest starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Sunday, October 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, October 18, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Who can enter
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
4. How to enter
With a purchase: Place an order at intimatewellbeing.com during the Contest Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry per order.
Without a purchase: Send an email to hello@intimatewellbeing.com during the Contest Period with the subject line "Menopause Day Contest" and include your full name, mailing address, phone number and age. You will receive one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) no-purchase entry per person.
Entries are void if incomplete, received outside the Contest Period, or submitted using automated means. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
5. The prize
One (1) prize is available: one (1) ME Box, approximate retail value $289 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
6. The draw
One (1) eligible entry will be selected by random draw on or about Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in Vernon, BC. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Claiming the prize
The selected entrant will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (a) respond within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt; (b) correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and (c) sign a declaration and release confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, answers the question incorrectly, or does not meet these rules, they will be disqualified and another entrant may be drawn. The prize will be shipped to the winner's Canadian mailing address.
8. Personal information
Personal information collected for this Contest is used only to run the Contest and award the prize, in line with the Sponsor's privacy policy. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
9. General
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. The Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if it cannot run as planned, subject to applicable law. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. These rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
